Join the flagship team that builds The Butcher’s Table, Seattle’s next great luxury restaurant. Opening this summer in the South Lake Union neighborhood, The Butcher’s Table will provide an unparalleled culinary experience with an innovative menu featuring our own Mishima Reserve Wagyu beef. The restaurant will also feature an onsite butcher shop offering uncommon specialty cuts and a lively bar scene.
We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager that is ready to take their well-earned credentials to a fine dining restaurant with a contemporary edge. Please be as passionate as we are about providing an incredible dining and service experience. Team members will enjoy:
•Geeking out on brand new, cool kitchen gear such as smokers and French cook tops
•A stable, well-funded business built for the long haul (we are the people that make Beecher’s cheese)

•Working with people that know how to run a great restaurant, including our executive chef who most recently was the executive chef at Jardineire in San Francisco
•Ensures that the highest quality service, food, and beverage experience is consistently provided to our guests
•Maintain a strong supervisory presence on the floor
•Make decisions for the team in the GM’s absence
•Maintain Strong operational standards
•Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
•Role Model in exceeding guest expectations and resolving guest and employee issues
•5 years’ progressive growth in restaurant service, preferably in a fine dining environment
•Excellent people management and communication skills
