The Old Sage(coming soon)
is seeking hosts, bussers, runners, bar backs, servers and bartenders.
The ideal candidate must:
-have a strong knowledge of food, beverage and the hospitality industry as a whole.
-have the ability to multi-task.
-have a keen attention to detail.
-be willing to attend mandatory trainings and team outings.
-have WA state food and liquor handlers permits.
In addition to the above listed, servers/bartenders must:
-have a minimum of 5 years fine dining and/or high volume experience.
-have a strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, beer and wine.
